- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are basically standard in this field, what factors into price is square footage, scope of work, and available marketing promotions. Our company is extremely patriotic and therefore we offer military and first responder discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to listen and identify the customers concerns and needs, schedule an estimate for non-emergency services or deploy a team to assess and address emergency disasters. Our company prides itself on having the know-how and proper equipment to identify immediate and surrounding areas that may be impacted by moisture and water. We train our technicians to show up and document moisture, humidity and advise the customer on the best course of action.
