Lucy and her team were really great. I had two people pack and move my items which took 13 hours. I really appreciated the flexibility but the only thing I have complaint about is punctuality. I understand there was some traffic that caused delays and she reimbursed me for an hour but that pushed my start time by more than hour and half. In addition, I would suggest packing valuables on your own as I had multiple frames and photo with damages. I also suggest packing and moving in separate days. Overall great experience!

Lucy and her team are absolutely amazing! They are professional and courteous and their work is top notch. I hired them to pack and move our three bedroom three story home and I would 100% recommend them to everyone I know. They are some of the hardest working people I have ever seen! If you are moving this the company you want to do the job!

I cannot recommend Lucy Packing highly enough. I originally booked them for packing but ended up using them for my move too, and "above and beyond" doesn't do them justice. From the moment they arrived, it was clear we were in good hands. They worked tirelessly for 13 hours straight, showing nothing but professionalism and a positive attitude from start to finish. Their attention to detail was astounding—they didn't just move our things, they recreated our old setup in the new space, matching up the placement of items down to individual tables, shelves, and drawers. They reassembled furniture and even some delicate computer equipment, and they continued to offer additional help even after a long day of work. This was more than a move, it was like a white-glove door-to-door home transplant service. They took away so much stress on moving day and made it a manageable and even positive experience. If you're looking for packers and/or movers, stop your search right here. They're worth every penny and they have my deepest gratitude for the phenomenal job they did.
