FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as accurate/fair as possible when it comes to pricing. I'm 100% mobile and come to you so you are investing in convenience as well. There is definitely an advantage to that compared to you having to bring your equipment to a shop and then having to wait weeks to get it repaired. Most of my jobs are complete within an hour or less. I offer volume discounts for jobs over $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You call me or I call you and we discuss the issue and then set up a time for me to come out and get your equipment repaired and running asap. I will travel up to 1 hour radius from Sterling, VA, anything outside of that and I'm not able to help, sorry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working on gas engines in general for over 20 years and especially enjoy working on small engines. I always find it a challenge to take a no start engine and get it up and running successfully. I provide a variety of troubleshooting to quickly identify the issue and offer solutions on how to get it repaired and running again. I can install replacement parts and do minor engine servicing.
