JVA Home Care replaced my old wood deck 1.5 years ago with a new trex/wood combo deck, and with a design change to add a split level staircase. I waited so long to leave this review because I took some time to get around to having the wood painted after curing. But 1.5 years later I couldn't be happier. they were newer to Fairfax County and worked hard with the building inspector to make sure everything was up to code, and designing the staircase was tricky because of my townhouse space. when some additional work was needed due to the new code standards, they adjusted quickly and at reasonable cost. They were responsive, communicative, and the price for the whole project can't be beat. I wholeheartedly recommend JVA. Thank you Victor and Team!

Gave explicit, written instructions that lawn debris was to be bagged up and hauled away, because the property adjacent to the backyard belongs to someone else. Wrote it twice. Got home and they had dumped probably ten loads of leaves over the fence. Confronted the workers, who apparently had been given no instructions, called the manager who apologized and offered a discount. They did clear our yard and they worked hard but I wouldn't hire them again. Listen to the homeowner, we don't say things for no reason.

These guys did a great job sealing my patio with sand and fixing other issues like leveling and filling in gaps. They went above and beyond what was expected and finished the project quickly. Highly recommend!

I interviewed 6 different landscape companies. The estimator was very knowledge and gave 1 of 2 best estimates. The 2 man crew did an excellent job at weeding all flower beds, edging the tree areas and applying mulch. And the clean up was very good. I highly recommend KVA.
