- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quality of our work is guaranteed. Our prices are upfront, and the customer knows exactly what to expect before the project begin. The cost of the project is fixed and doesn't change unless the owner would like to add extra items that weren't included initially. No hiding fees and no price changes trough out the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess customers' wants and needs to make sure proper service is given. Make sure customer understands what is required for the job/task at hand. Satisfactory is key to success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I provide a set of skills that enables me to accomplish the job/tasks that needs to be done.
