Ma & son’s cleaning service has been wonderful. They are professional, punctual and they bill appropriately no surprises. They have been very flexible with scheduling keeping in mind the other customers too. I’ve recommended them to many of my neighbors and they are happy with the recommendation.

I hired Ma & Sons cleaning service back in November 2022 and they have been working for me ever since. I am so thankful to have found this company. Lourdes is so kind and meticulous. She truly cares about providing the best quality of work and goes above and beyond to ensure that your expectations are exceeded. She currently cleans my short term rental on a recurring basis and has been a God send. Never misses a shift and provides clear communication to ensure I am up to date on what items need to be restocked, any damage she found, etc. It is difficult to find a company that not only provides high quality work at reasonable pricing, but cares to put in the extra attention to detail every time, and I was lucky to find that with Ma & Sons. I highly recommend her and her company. You will not be disappointed.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9 AM and this company was a no show. I reached out to the company to inquire if they planned on keeping the appointment. The person I spoke to apologized and advised that a couple of employees were involved in car accident. I responded that I hoped all parties were OK. You would think that the company would offer to reschedule the appointment. No, not one word about rescheduling. Hours later, I get a note wanting to know if I still wanted them to come for a walk thru. Unfortunately, this company has a reliability problem and I don’t want to waste my time. Thank you
