- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need. I always try to work within your budget, and I’m upfront—no hidden fees. I do offer discounts for recurring cleanings or if you refer someone to me. I believe good work should be accessible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, I like to start with a quick chat to understand your needs—what kind of cleaning you want, how often, and if there are any areas you want special attention on. Sometimes I’ll ask for pictures or schedule a quick walk-through before we set a price. Once everything’s clear, I show up with my own supplies and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has come from years of hands-on experience. I’ve worked in both residential and commercial cleaning settings, and over time I’ve developed my own system that’s efficient, detailed, and leaves everything looking and smelling fresh. I’ve also learned a lot from other professionals in the industry.
