FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for home inspections is based on the properties characteristics. We take into consideration the square footage, year built, and location of the property when determining the price for a home inspection service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are encouraged to contact us by phone to speak with a scheduling coordinator. Our scheduling coordinators will gather all necessary information for confirming the appointment and they will notify the inspector of any specific concerns that the customer may have regarding the property being inspected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Inspectors at NextDay Inspect® are licensed by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) and the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (DLLR). Our professionals use specialized tools, such as thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters to ensure a thorough inspection of the condition of the properties components. We provide a comprehensive report which contains annotations illustrating the areas of concern. NextDay Inspect® is certified through the International Association of Commercial and Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Additionally, we are certified members of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) and part of the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) through the National Environmental Health Association.
