The contractor was able to give me the quote over Thumbtack and stay true to the quote. Maybe it was due to the weekend, but I did not get a timely response as to when they were stopped by. Otherwise I am happy with the value.

Did not help in catching the animal which eventually caught through someone else. After multiple calls and repetitive confirmation about a manger’s call that never happened. Not Satisfied.

Arc Bernardo was the inspector who came to my home. Before he entered , he put on a mask and shoe covers! GREAT first impression. He was very professional and dressed in a company uniform. He was extremely thorough with his inspection even to include a video and pictures. He was approachable to any questions I had and explained the situation completely. He even gave me recommendations for additional protection/prevention forthgoing. He is an absolute great person.

Our pricing is dependent on the size and extent of the treatment. We calculate the price exactly to what the customer needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important start is a detailed inspection to accurately diagnose the cause of the problem. Once we know exactly what we are dealing with, we can accurately solve the concern. It is a team effort between Century Termite & Pest and the customer.
