Ridvan and his brother do really good work! First I appreciated their responsiveness on the app to discuss the work I was requesting and a quote. They are very experienced, licensed, and are skilled to do many different home improvement tasks. Ridvan fixed an issue I had with my stove and outdoor outlet. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of my competitors are more expensive, but my prices are pretty reasonable and our turnaround time is really fast. Same day we are at the job side to evaluate. We will take the time to make sure you're 100% happy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priority is to evaluate by being at the job side in same day, but if some photos are enough to figure out what is issue, we can give an estimate by texting. if we have a deal, we stop by the address you provide asap.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are two brothers who are managing our company. One of us has Electrical and Electronic Engineer bachelor degree and the other one has Mechanical Engineer bachelor degree.
