My AC stopped working and I reached to Ray for assistance that same evening. He immediately responded to my request for assistance and quickly resolved the issue early the next day. Ray was able to easily identify the cause of the issue and quickly resolved it at a reasonable price. I was afraid that I would be told that I needed to replace my HVAC system, but that’s not what was told to me. I greatly appreciate Ray’s honesty and professionalism! I will definitely hire him again as needed in the future.
