Hired on Thumbtack

Not happy with service. Charged $200 for being here less than 20 mins to put traps, which after 6 weeks I’m still seeing mice dropping. I contacted and twice and haven’t received any message or call backs.

Irene, we are sorry to hear you are not happy and would like to come back out to reinspect for the rodents, since your first service was just a little over 30 days ago and you should be seeing some improvements. We did place traps and come back a second time to refill the stations and seal the entry points. We do apologize for missing your messages, we can also be reached by phone for faster service. We are now just waiting for you to check your schedule to determine when Freedom pest Control LLC can come back out.
