- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our standard process is to have a 10 minute phone call first to answer any questions you might have for us and to listen/learn about your needs. We then research your owned property, follow-up with an e-mail included with a fully detailed comp rental report from our proprietary technology and a copy of our management agreement, including a transparent fee description. By this time, we will have scheduled a mutually agreed upon property visit to do our initial inspection and discuss in person the recommended next steps and listing price. With an executed agreement, we begin to market your rental property and guarantee a qualified tenant placed within 29 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our office has professionally licensed real estate agents, which is required in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Everyone on our team meets the continuing education goals and we have also invested heavily in ongoing training and support through the industry's leading technology. We are also active members in several organizations such as NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers).
