Dear Virginia, Prior to service you were told an amount of which you told the cleaner you were suppose to pay upon completion you refused payment even when the job was Done. Our cleaner put on the mask as soon as he was asked and we make everyone aware prior to beginning service that all employees in this company are vaccinated. Our cleaner reported you had a babysitter in the home and she was not wearing a mask. The employee was not sick with anything other than a stomach bug and he isn’t working this week out of safety for our customers. Our cleaner also tried to switch off the fans and they did not stop spinning and no one was home to show him what to do. The manager was not argumentative she was informative as we have the whole conversation on record. I am sorry to hear you weren’t pleased with the service. CLEANSCAPES

Mr & Mrs Unnever, From our first conversation you were quoted for a deep clean but told us NOT to clean the floor. If that was miscommunication for that I apologize. We cleaned what specifically was asked to be cleaned which was doors, trim, and overall dusting this being the reason the price was dropped. Cleanscapes also offered to come out and finish the requested job for the remainder of the price and you no longer responded to us. I am disappointed to here your experience wasn’t fabulous. Dear customer, We’re sorry to hear your experience was not great! The roads and driveways of the cleaners were not accessible to drive on within safety. All appointments that day had to be cancelled and weather is unfortunately one of those things that cannot be controlled by any individuals. The cleaning was offered to be completed when conditions were safe and cleaners are not allowed to accept rides from customers to go to their home. Thanks for your feedback!
