Charlotte was so friendly and professional on the phone and made sure she understood as I laid out my wants in detail. She communicated well and showed up on time to begin the work. She cleaned our refrigerator so well it looks like new! Then she tackled our messy-looking cabinet doors and again, made them look like new! The white tile bathroom walls were in what I thought was pretty good shape before an unexpected renovation left them wanting. I asked Charlotte to clean the tile, expecting to go behind her afterward and re-white the grout that I "knew" beforehand would be necessary. Don't you know, she did such a beautiful job that what I thought was grout stain all turned out to be little areas of MISSING grout, which I will fill. I was so pleased that she got the 3 most onerous tasks on my To-do list completed before a birthday bash here. We won't hesitate to use Charlotte's service again at the soonest opportunity.
