We appreciated the quick response and their advice after inspecting the chimney that we did not need to have it repaired. We decided to have them sand and paint the rusted chase cover and will now hire a handyman to replace the siding below it to give us a fresh new look.

They contacted me and explained the situation. It was a complete misunderstanding due to scammers who troll honest businesses. They offered to provide thier services even on thier busy schedule. I would contact them in the future when I need to get my fireplace serviced.
