- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All credit card payments have 3.5% fee. We do offer discount. We have a minimum fee for the job. Our prices typically include labor, material, taxes, cleaning up, painting or paint touch ups. We offer warranty and stand behind our product and repair process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is when a customer reaches out and we set up a free of charge estimate / consultation at the worksite (most of the times it’s the customer’s house). 99% of times we are able to provide the quote right on the spot after we evaluate and measure the windows/ patio door. After which if or when the customer moves forward with the job we set up an installation date. We never take the windows off the customer’s property! All the work is done onsite! Windows are never boarded! And we are constantly present on the job site all the time in case of any unexpected situations. Once the job is completed we collect the payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of direct industry experience. As well as experience working with different Windows manufacturers such as Pella windows, Marvin windows, and other brands.
