As a Professional Muay Thai Fighter, I have had the blessings and opportunity of living in Thailand and competing at an elite level. Having fought at the prestigious Lumpinee Stadium and Max Muay Thai Stadium, it gives me the edge where others simply cannot. Also being ISSA & ACE certified fitness trainer my extensive knowledge and background on strength and muscle endurance exercises will get you into the best shape of your life. Being an avid nutritionist I will work with you to help ensure your body is getting the proper ingredients to function at its peak!
I was once overweight and struggling to get my body weight down and live a healthy lifestyle, I picked up Muay Thai at the age of 14 and have made it a lifestyle since then. I know the work it takes and I am here to guide you every step of the way! I specialize in a wide variety of training exercises to reduce body fat and toning up those hard to reach areas, with fun and engaging exercises.

If you’re looking for an in depth class on the real teachings of Muay Thai, Rachanon boxing is the way to go. Even just a couple of classes has taught me so much. Having one on one training is great if you’re looking to really dive into what the sport is about. Outside of learning how to fight, it’s a great way to gain confidence in yourself. Juned and Jawad go above and beyond to make sure the goals you have in mind are met, and are extremely genuine. If you’ve been thinking about taking a class, don’t hesitate. 11/10 recommend

My first training experience was great. He does not clock out once the session is over and is fully invested in the person. Even with previous injuries he was able to make accommodations and create a custom plan. Just booked my next month of lessons.
