Welcome! I'm Veronica, the owner of PetFriend, LLC. PetFriend employees combine years of experience with a playful, caring approach to every pet. Cat/dog petsitting, dog walking, and petsitting/ housesitting services provided. Pricing is determined by distance and complexity of visits. Please note that holiday time prices are higher. Remote consultations are available for cat sitting. All of our employees wear masks for any in person, indoor meets. We are also vaccinated for Covid.

We had a wonderful experience with PetFriend. I was feeling very anxious about leaving my two dogs for over a week. PetFriend alleviated all my concerns ahead of the trip, provided daily updates w/ a photo while we were away, was extremely responsible, trustworthy, and went above and beyond when our return trip was delayed by an extra day. My dogs really enjoyed their time with the PetFriend caregiver. How do I know that? Upon our return, they behaved as if we had never left. I believe that demonstrates that they felt content and happy while we were gone.

Veronica is extremely professional and friendly. She helped our dog, walking and feeding and helping our blind dog cope with the separation. This was our first time apart from our dog. She texted pictures of her walking our dog during each visit. Veronica is trustworthy and we will use her in the future. It’s a relief to have someone we can totally trust to take care of our dog!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many services charge by line item: additional for also taking care of plants, retrieving mail and so on. As long as we can fit addt'l duties without neglecting your pet(s) it's one price. Our housesitting prices are particularly competitive as we charge one all inclusive price. Please note that any difficulties with parking WILL incur additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss our policies and responsibilities and get the information we need to take the best care of your pets.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has 17 years taking care of pets in their homes; 5 years experience as a veterinary assistant; & all of our employees are life long dog and cat owners.
