- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on how much details and works your cakes needs. I always give discount to my customers😊
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself to the customer, I ask questions about their desired cake like, what flavor, size, color, buttercream or fondants, details, on the cake, and what occasion is this cake for, and if they need delivery or they want to pick it up themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2009 I took Welton baking classes, and before that I used to bake a lot for families and friends as my passionate. I love decorating 🎂
