- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services range from $65-$100 per hour depending on the student's grade level, academic needs, subject taken, test prep, and college counseling needs. Discounts also vary from time to time. New discounts are posted on the Kairos website. For instance, Kairos is now offering a 10% sibling discount for families who enroll more than one student taking two or more sessions per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dr. Kassim will have a free consultation with the client (parent) and student to determine the student's needs. Then she matches the student with the Kairos tutor that suits their requirements best. The student will register on Kairos Tutoring platform. Tutoring sessions then commence. Each client has an online account with Kairos which is the portal through which the lessons are taught. This gives the student the opportunity to take virtual classes, track their classes, view their reports, and upload documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University, Lynchburg Virginia. I have a BS in Zoology and MS Cellular Biology degrees from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I have taught high school Biology in Nigeria and the United States and also taught middle school Science and Math in the United States. Kairos Educational Services was established in 2020 to meet the needs of the K-12, and college students to help them adapt and diversify learning methods while maximizing their opportunities to excel and be successful in the midst of the pandemic and beyond. We successfully helped hundreds of students to overcome Covid learning loss and to excel in Math, English and other core subjects. Furthermore, we have helped adult learners in computer literacy, basic English literacy, English Enrichment and test preparation for professional exams.
