Had a fantastic experience here today. Came in and found just the right color we've been dreaming about for a long time, and then since it was Friday, we got to take a half-pint sample home for free! Frank helped us pick out the exact primer we needed for another job, and answered all our questions with friendly ease. Would recommend this shop to anyone with a painting project!

Came in today. 2 persons at the desk, no welcoming behavior, didnt even asked if they could help us. Nobody in the shop so they were not busy at all. After looking at the wallpaper catalogs (in front of them so they could see that we were looking for wallpaper) we found a pattern that we wanted to order. We went to the desk to order and the guy just told us I can not take your order because the lady who is doing this is not here today. I responded ok but you can take our reference and we can call on Monday to place the order? he responded no I am sorry I can not take it. You can take the catalog home and come back. We spend 20 minutes to search a wallpaper, just in front of them and they didnt even came to us to let us know that they were unable to take our order. Guys, we are working too and we dont have time to waste to come back. Next time, spend less time on your phones and more time with customers!

I was contracted to paint a brand new bathroom ! given the wrong paint ! started to trim out , home owner said stop ! returned the paint to a different employee, he said we was given the wrong paint ? how would he even know ? I believe this store is selling old or recycled paint's ! the bleed over is so bad ! we don't know how to paint over ?
