Introduction

My name is Sandra and I have been helping people organize, pack and unpack, downsize for years and now I’ve decided to go professional. I look for the wants and needs of the clients, teach techniques for organizing and de-cluttering, help clear out spaces for your personal needs. I also help people deal with their paperwork. When we put in the new organizing style it is based on ergonomic needs, personal preferences for item placement and anxiety disorders for most efficient and long lasting results. Like items go together based on least used to most used and space availability. Each home is its own world. There is no principal design, we work according to each client’s specific needs and wants. We clean as we go; shelves, drawers, floors, counter spaces, everything gets cleaned during our visits. Refrigerator and oven are a separate price of $50 each. We build modular furniture as well. When we have to move heavy items there is an additional charge of $100/helper that moves the heavy items/shift.

I had company coming and all I could think of is how messy was my kitchen. She came in with a wonderful team. One did a fabulous job cleaning and organizing my pantry. Another person organized all my cabinets. She organized my husbands pills and vitamins. I was all fabulous!! I highly recommend Sandy’s De cluttering!!!

Sandy and her team came and helped me move out from a large house to an apartment. She was a great resource and had many suggestions to help the process go more smoothly. I needed help to get the process started, decide what to part with, what to do with all the trash and donations, and organizing it all. At the end, the house needed to be cleaned. She helped facilitate everything. I would have not been able to do it without her help. If I had to do it again, I would buy different colored trash bags for different rooms/purposes of items collected. The grocery stores now sell pink and clear and other colored bags. I highly recommend Sandy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $500/5 hours with a minimum of four hours per day which includes me plus two helpers. If you need me to bring additional helpers the cost would be $30 / helper per hour. Payment is made at the end of each day. We accept cash, check or Zelle.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact client by text or phone call. 2. Determine scope of project and how many people are needed to complete it. 3. Arrive with my crew; either one or two people and make introductions. 4. Client shows us the project and we ser out our plan of action. 5. We ask pertinent questions as they come up.
