Sandy’s De cluttering & Downsizing

My name is Sandra and I have been helping people organize, pack and unpack, downsize for years and now I’ve decided to go professional. I look for the wants and needs of the clients, teach techniques for organizing and de-cluttering, help clear out spaces for your personal needs. I also help people deal with their paperwork. When we put in the new organizing style it is based on ergonomic needs, personal preferences for item placement and anxiety disorders for most efficient and long lasting results. Like items go together based on least used to most used and space availability. Each home is its own world. There is no principal design, we work according to each client’s specific needs and wants. We clean as we go; shelves, drawers, floors, counter spaces, everything gets cleaned during our visits. Refrigerator and oven are a separate price of $50 each. We build modular furniture as well. When we have to move heavy items there is an additional charge of $100/helper that moves the heavy items/shift.
