Our experience with Solyd was excellent! They were very professional, always on time and they were very accommodating with my endless requests. We are so lucky to have found Durim, Pooya and their crew. Their selection on the tiles and wood/laminate for a more unique bathroom and kitchen or whole home flooring is excellent, and we are more than happy with their detailed oriented responsive crew I highly recommend them. I didn't get a quote on my job maybe my job was not important to them yesterday they said they had an emergency no biggie, so they scheduled to the next day and one hour and one minute before our scheduled zoom call he canceled again. Both appointments were scheduled to be zoom call. I would feel comfortable to give a deposit because if he canceled two zoom calls would they show up to my house not worth the risk. They did end up giving me a zoom call.

We support National Military Family Association (NMFA) and we offer 15% off installation. We offer seasonal discounts and festive discounts. Our formal partnership with suppliers/producers gives us a competitive advantage in pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide onsite consultation meetings and virtual consultation meetings (zoom calls etc). In the end, we will provide you with a detailed free estimate/quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Solyd Floors is a Class A licensed Residential Building Contractor in the State of Virginia. We also are an A licensed contractor bonded and insured.
