I tried to call three other companies to get my elliptical repair. Unfortunately I did not get any of my calls, texts nor emails responses back. I am glad I found “The Repair Extraordinaire”. They responded within a few minutes, made an appointment for the next couple of days. The tech sent me a text when he was on his way and provided me with an ETA for his arrival.
