Repaire Extraordinaire came on schedule, quickly assessed the situation and repaired a piece of exercise equipment I love but had not been able to use for three years. Highly recommended but I recommend you clarify rates before work begins.

I tried to call three other companies to get my elliptical repair. Unfortunately I did not get any of my calls, texts nor emails responses back. I am glad I found “The Repair Extraordinaire”. They responded within a few minutes, made an appointment for the next couple of days. The tech sent me a text when he was on his way and provided me with an ETA for his arrival. He responded almost immediately to my repair request and arrived quickly. Not only did he fix my treadmill but he also alerted me to another, bigger problem with the drive motor. He suggested a quick search to find the correct replacement, and once it arrives we’ll set a day/time for that repair. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful!
