The company is very responsive and provided a very next day appointment. The technicians were professional, experienced, knowledgeable and kind. The technicians was equiped with parts to repair immediately. When setting up my appointment, I asked that when the technicians arrived to my home that they wear booties to cover their shoes. Without hesitation, the technicians complied. So glad I called them!

I had a A PLUS experience with Q and Q appliances...they gave a 1 hour appointment window but was actually was right at the appointed time. Very professional and tech was able to answer all questions I had and price was very economical. I will definitely use again and refer to anyone needing their services
