Less than 24 hours after reaching out to them [on a Sunday afternoon] I have laundry in a dryer with heat. I was jet lagged between unpacking and re-packing when my dryer became cold. My situation was extremely stressful and frustrating but Khader was kind even when I was not. Sorry, Khader, truly. I appreciate that Q&A squeezed me in two days in a row so I could do laundry and finish packing. My travel schedule means nothing to anyone besides me but Q&A understood that I needed my dryer ASAP. I highly recommend Q&A. No one wants to need appliance repair [especially on a Sunday afternoon] but if the need arises again they will be my first choice.

Great experience with the overall repair process. Starting with scheduling an appointment to repair completion. Khader ( Technician) arrived within the window provided and finished the repair process professionally. He even stepped up an extra mile and cleaned up the drain line at no costs. Highly recommended!!
