- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private Lessons Single 2-hour Session $120. These single sessions are great for those who do not want to commit to a training plan just yet. These sessions are typically for people who would like help with specific issues they face in day-to-day life. These sessions are also great for new owners who are looking for general education in body language, training tools, and training methods. This session can also serve as a behavior consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client and every dog is different. We have a general game plan for each session but immediately tailor it to the dog and owner for their specific issues. We don't want to waste time working on issues they're not having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Received a formal education at Highland Canine Training School for Dog Trainers. I have worked with working dogs, service dogs, general obedience for pet dogs, and behavior modification cases.
