Our pest evaluations are custom for each job based on the severity of the infestation, and the type of pest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact the customer after receiving their request. 2. Find a date and time when we can inspect and evaluate the property. 3. Listen to the customers need. 4. Review the details of treatments, time frame, and any additional services that may be required. 5. Embrace questions from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our technicians are trained and registered with the Department of Agriculture. Our technicians must attend a training class every two years. New technicians are trained with our commercial applicator, or our field manager.
