Joseph was quick to respond and diagnosed my computer problem in less than 30 minutes. We discussed my options, prices, different hard drives, what I mainly use my computer for and came up with a priceworthy solution. Shipping during the holidays slowed down the arrival of my part, but Joseph kept me updated on a daily basis of its status. Once it arrived he was more than happy to come out before the holiday and replace the hard drive. We will definitely use Riverside Computer service for any future computer problems. Joseph is professional, quality of work is great. He explains the issue in layman's terms and guides you to a solution that works for you and your dollars.
