Michael did an excellent job painting our pool patio. He was very responsive and followed through with next steps always on time. He even helped us get a great deal on high-quality concrete paint from a wholesale supplier. He was able to get the job done earlier, and more affordably, than he originally predicted—and his original quote and timeline were perfectly reasonable. He was a pleasure to work with and very friendly as well! I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Michael was wonderful. He was super responsive via Thumbtack, email, text messages and phone throughout the process. He dealt calmly and kindly with a bunch of problems on our end which slowed his progress and kept him from other work. He was helpful at odd hours with a bunch of questions-- including patiently dealing with us and making suggestions while we waffled on paint colors. He was pleasant to have in our home dealing with the ins and outs of a toddler, other contractors, toddler care, etc. He worked efficiently, neatly, and the walls and ceiling look great. He was also seemingly pretty reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes we received. All around positive experience.

We hired Michael to paint the entire interior of our 2 story home - all the trim, doors, walls and ceilings. They did a fantastic job and also painted my front door as an extra. Not only did they complete the job ahead of schedule but they were completely professional, kind and very well skilled at their craft. When my husband and I chipped some paint while installing the tv, washer and dryer they were more than happy to do the touch ups the following day. I would hire michael again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get painting done!

I was very impressed with the level of work conducted by Mr. Michael Frazier. After an initial meeting at our house, a budget and timeline was given to me which was met, even though weather prevented him from spending a full day painting. Knowing the importance of getting the work done, he came in on Saturday to catch up which was greatly appreciated. He was constantly checking in with me and worked around my schedule and I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael for any painting work you might have. Very happy with the quality of the workmanship and a pleasure to deal with him as a person.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge by the job but at times I will need to charge time and materials on certain projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going over everything they want to have done. Lots of times they want things painted that doesn't need it and I do what I can to save them money. I'm in this business to make money but I don't think people should spend their hard earn money on areas that doesn't need it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm researching other new products when they come to see if they are the best fit for my company and my customers.
