Trying to find someone to do basic work around the house was a complete nightmare--until we called Heaton's Handyman Services! What a difference the right handyman makes!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I might not be the Cheapest. But I will always work hard, be efficient and my job will not be complete until the customer is 100% satisfied!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know people. There are so many interesting people living in this area! I like to help people as well. So, Handyman work is the perfect fit for me! Typically after a customer contacts me I will take down their info and input it into my computer system. Then we can discuss their needs and decide whether I need to come out to get measurements etc for the estimate or we may be able to skip that and get it done over the phone!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have tons of Valuable experience in the Handyman field. Ive been lucky enough to learn from some of the best around!
