- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive with other professional painting contractors. We offer discounts for active-duty military and veterans. We run different specials throughout the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers will get an initial call to set up a free estimate. They will receive a text and/or email appointment confirmation and then a reminder text and/or email ahead of their appointment. On the day of the estimate, one of our professional sales consultants will show up and spend some time learning about your project and your expectations (budget, timeline, preferred brands, etc.). They will explain out process as well. They will take measurements and photos of the project site and enter it all into our online estimating system. Within 24 hours, you will receive a full estimate (or eBid as we call them) with full details about the project, that includes photos, costs, and procedures. Once an eBid is accepted, a member of our team will reach out you to let you know the next steps and you will receive an invoice for a 30% deposit for the work. Once the deposit is received, our scheduler will call you to book your work. On the day your project starts, a 360 Painting crew will arrive at the scheduled time and will do a walk thru with you to ensure everyone is on the same page about the scope of the job, as well as colors selections. They will place covering to protect your floors, furniture, appliances, etc. Te crew will prep the area and begin work. Once the job is completed, the 360 crew will thoroughly clean up the area and do a final walk-thru with you to do any needed touch-ups prior to leaving. You will have a received your final invoice ahead of the walk-thru, so that you may either hand a check to the crew or pay via credit card.
