The right way is the only way. I’ve never understood the concept of doing something half way and I’ve approached life with the mindset of making sure to finish the job and to finish it right. I believe that you should even expect me to show up on time, not just hope that I do. We treat everybody’s property as if it were our own, you won’t find cigarette butts in the yard or a random nail in your driveway. Communication is something else that’s often lacked in this industry. Getting everybody on the same page makes a huge difference and it’s just better for us all. If a customer has a concern or question before/during/after a job, they aren’t treated hostile or written off either. I want everybody we deal with to be truly satisfied.
