Paid $320 to have a 3 BR apartment cleaned that we had already moved out of. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to be around to inspect the work before paying which was a costly mistake. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. There was white residue all over the countertops which were also still very dirty. There was dust everywhere. The laundry room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Very disappointing work for the amount of money we spent.

My husband who just got out of the hospital was home during the clean. As per our invoice I thought there would be more cleaning and organizing. The baseboards weren't cleaned and dirty clothes were mixed with our clean clothes. Also a pile of coats were left on the floor instead of hanging them in the coat closet. Parts of the floors don't look like they were touched and the kitchen counters weren't cleaned. They straightened up but didn't clean.
