- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is negotiable I do work in rural areas also witch sometimes I have to charge a little more because of gas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I write down everything. First and foremost I want to do everything exactly how you would like it. I put Quality first. Once you are a customer of mine you become a customer for life I take pride in my workmanship
