- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge flat rate consultation but since I am starting out I work with you on pricing and we find a price that works for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I figure out their specific computer needs, then I put together a parts list, and finally I assemble the pc for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Word, Powerpoint, HTML, CSS, and Excel. I also have workplace readiness certifications and I have worked with the Roanoke city department of technology.
