FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do hourly work rates are usually 40 an hour 2 hour minimum I all so do quotes for larger jobs or builds
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Even though, alot of craftsman have rates, on certain projects it's always a benefit to get quotes, on every job. There are times when you could actually save money on a project if you avoid hourly rate, and get a quote for you specific job and ask for material cost and labor cost. Than may be a good way to understand the cost differences.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Custom work can be a quick solution that in the long run, the price is more valuable then buying a stock piece off the rack. By that I mean, it's rare you'll find one piece that can cover so many issues that one may have with storage, appearence, or convience. You can make a built-in that cover being a desk, Tv stand, storage and in alot of cases a conversational piece too. You won't find that at the local furniture store.
