Technician was very friendly and was thorough in explaining what he did and how to operate the mount he installed to include best practices and things to avoid to prevent damage. Will definitely recommend too others for any of their services.

Brian came to help with both my laptop and desktop computers. He was on time, friendly and courteous. My desktop is running much more efficiently now. The laptop was not repairable. He saved all its data on my exterior hard drive and advised me on a replacement. I called him a few days later with other questions and he answered them all. I am pleased with his service.

Our pricing is standard but varies depending on your tech needs. Most of our prices start at $99 but is sometimes lower depending on exactly what you need. We offer many different services in computers/tablets, audio/video, home automation, business systems, surveillance systems, networking, furniture assembly, graphic and web design, and so much more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always looking for new clients that need help with technology. We love to consult with clients to be sure that we are a good fit for them before taking on any challenge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a retail technology manager for about 10 years with direct oversight of Geek Squad Agents as well as EasyTech associates. I have been involved with technology for over 15 years and work with a team of people that have a wide range of experience.
