Their availability is poor. Took them a long time to come out and do the job after the initial consult. Then they didn’t even do the whole job; left 1 limb that we had talked about removing because it was touching my shed. ONE YEAR LATER and multiple inquiries, they still have not been back to finish the job and most recently, decided to ignore my message. As a woman-owned business, I really wanted to like them. I even promoted them on my business page and referred them to a client. Not any more

Thank you for your feedback Amy. Our contract was to prune your tree from over your home which we did successfully. The limb over the shed wasn't mentioned until after the job was done and I still offered to come and do the limb for you for free. My best friend passed away suddenly right after we had last spoken so I do apologize that for a period I was a little distracted and dealing with grief. I still have no issue doing this for you but as I said before, it would have to be done on a day when I have time to come after another job, and we've mostly been doing larger jobs this year. Please contact me directly if you still would like this done.

Had a tree fall on our porch and the Apex team got it knocked out easily. They even trimmed up a neighboring tree that was damaged that I didn’t notice. Great work, and would use them again.

Sarah and her team came out and took care of a big problem pine tree for us. The gentlemen that we're out here were very precise in the removal of the tree that was close to power lines. Although I wasn't home to see the whole process. I definitely could tell they put in tremendous work to bring this tree down. I definitely recommend Apex Tree Solutions!

We give a discount to all active and retired military and all first responders. We also give a discount indefinitely to ALL repeat customers of ours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the Mid Atlantic ISA chapter and we have ISA certified arborists on staff and regularly attend safety and educational courses.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've traveled across the country to help hurricane and storm survivors. We have done commercial work, residential gated communities, military bases, horse farms. You name it, we've done it.
