Nick was extremely responsive and knowledgeable, providing multiple options for repairing our crumbling grout and not just pushing the most invasive or expensive option. He was quick to squeeze us into his calendar and did a great job re-grouting and caulking our tile shower.

We had an excellent experience with Nick's service with grouting for the tiles on my small bathroom. Nick was super responsive, quoted a very affordable rate and was punctual and professional in his work. I had received much higher quotes and a long lead time from some of the more established firms working on grouting but Nick did the same quality of work at a more affordable rate within a few days of our reaching out to him. When we noticed that some of the grouting needed rework (as we accidentally used the shower sooner than idea), Nick was super flexible and patient to travel more than hour from his home just to get the repairs done. Excellent work ethics and a kind human being!

Nick was absolutely fantastic! When I inquired about what I needed I heard from Nick within 20 minutes. We just updated a hall bathroom and what a botched job. I had counted 19 spots where grout was missing. The tiles were not level also. It was absolutely a nightmare. Nick became my Knight in shining armor. He really did so awesome magic. I had a shower door that kept closing on me, Nick was able to adjusted that. Nick also adjusted my on/off lever it was not centered properly. Nick caulked areas that the contractor had missed. Nick also sealed my grout which I am sure was not done by my contractor. I really learned so much from Nick. When doing a big project like I had done there is a reason why people specialize is areas. Some of us have to learn the hard way. It's no fun after you plan out your dream bathroom just to have to 2 months later hire a specialist to take all the grout out and reinstall it properly. I thank God I found Nick. We have the master bathroom to do next. Nick will be the first person we contact!!!

Bathroom tiles look great! Pretty quick to do and responsive to estimates. The price did change from the original estimate but overall the cost of service was very reasonable for the work being done. Nick was on time and responsive as well. Thanks again!

I am a very fair person, and like to help people out as much as I can. I will work with you on prices, everyone needs a helping hand sometimes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get pictures of the areas that work is needed, so that I can make an informed assessment, that way I can give a fair estimate on price and time frame of how long the job would take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just have plenty of experience.
