What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the option of scheduling class by class or buying an 8-lesson package with a great discount. And additionally, for all healthcare workers, due to the pandemic, an additional discount of 10% is also offered on the cost of the 8-lesson package or the value of the individual class.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we try to understand what level of learning Spanish you have, and what objectives you want to achieve. This way we guarantee personalized classes according to your needs. We use many conversational tools, exercises, music, video, and readings, always having fun and helping students improve their pronunciation and grammar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our tutors have the necessary studies to teach Spanish as a second language to children and/or adults (master's degree, specialization, courses, diplomas, among others), additionally, all have a minimum experience of 4 years in the area
