Introduction

I have experience in tutoring AP Chemistry, BC Calculus, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, AP Statistics, Algebra I and II, Pre-Algebra, AP Physics, and introductory engineering classes. I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Chemical Engineering at UC San Diego in June 2022. I now have been working as a full-time engineer for three years but my other true passion is teaching/tutoring in my free time!

Andy helped me out with Applied Probability and Statistics, without him I wouldn’t have been able to pass. He helped me review the content in a way that I understood and was able to let me learn by trying to figure it out on my own before immediately telling me the answer, which helped me really understand the material on a level where I could do it myself.

I received my Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from University of California- San Diego in June 2022. I am now working as a medical engineer at Medtronic to help diabetic patients with treatment through insulin pumps and blood glucose sensor therapy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’m inspired by my students that go from barely understanding a subject to a mastery level throughout out tutoring sessions.
