FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my collections are customizable, depending what kind of coverage you are looking for. What if you're not sure where to start or you want a general sense of my collections? I have curated 3 beautiful collections that could fit for any wedding day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to schedule a consultation call to see if we are a good match for each other. This is the perfect time to tell me how you met your fiancé, what you do for a living and what kind of dream wedding you're planning. Second, after reviewing your information and determining if we vibe or not, I'll like to send an email with either my collections or recommendations to other photographers. Third, is where I officially send you your invoice and payment options. Once they are paid, you will be officially booked 🥳! Next, will be a combination of coffee dates, zoom calls and lots of planning to plan your dream wedding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service industry my entire "working" life. I love being with people (extrovert much? 🙋🏽♀️🤣), love making people laugh and helping them remembering their first chapter as Mr. + Mrs. I shot my first wedding back in 2014...10 years ago! I like to take a more personal approach and only take on a few weddings a year. I feel, since I'm on a one woman show, I want to provide the best, tailored experience to my clients. I've learned my limitations and feel very comfortable taking on a small amount of weddings. The benefit? More time and energy is spent on you two. As far as training, I am a self taught/YouTube student. I love working with other photographers/videographers, exposure is an excellent teacher. Now, education...ahhh thats my jam! I love education! There's always room for improvement, so I love taking courses and watching expert speakers in the industry.
