Scott Taylor is genuinely the best trainer ever! I was stuck in a sad place in my health journey and was extremely discouraged. I wasn’t making any headway, and couldn’t stick with anything consistently until I started training with him. He taught me the most sustainable way to make progress, encouraged and pushed me to be my best, was extremely patient with me, and ultimately gave me a passion for fitness I never thought I could have. With him I lost 30 pounds, attained a level of health and energy I had never known, learned perseverance, and gained a massive amount of confidence. My quality of life has improved so much since working with Scott. Exercise used to be a chore and eating right was a pain, but now I genuinely look forward to the gym and enjoy fueling my body properly.
