- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 45 minute sessions and 70 minute session. Each session includes a proper warmup (7-15 minutes), Specialized workout (30-45 minutes), proper recovery/cool down to limit soreness (5-10 minutes) We do offer discounts to those who are interested in our online programming done in their own time, and family/friends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After your complimentary tour/consultation we will discuss a plan of best interest, complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, and complete a physical assessment to determine are we can improve. Typically this entails a 1-3 week introduction to movement. Followed by a 1-2 week balance improvement period focused on stabilizing the body
