- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- The first step is Initial contact with a potential client. This can happen through various channels such as phone calls, emails, text messages, referrals or in-person meetings. - Once contact is established, the next step is to understand the client's needs. This involves gathering information about their goals, challenges, and requirements. - After understanding the client's needs, we develop a proposal that outlines how our services can meet those needs. - After an agreement is met, we schedule a day, time, and location to meet with an estimated time for completion. We discuss all signers involved, this may involve sharing related information, materials needed, establishing communication channels, progress updates, and collaboration with the client to ensure the project is on track and meeting their expectations. - Upon completion of the assignment, the client is provided with the final outcome.

With over 20 combined years in the financial and retail industry, I have thorough knowledge and experience as a Notary Public. Certified via N.N.A as a Notary Signing Agent with yearly training, including live seminars, self-paced online training, webinars, and self-study courses. Certified Professional in Human Resources and the Law, Certified Safe Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008.
