- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer via phone to discuss their needs (telephone consult). I set a convenient appointment and discuss what is needed for the appointment and pricing. I send a confirmation email and text, reiterating what was discussed in the telephone consult. I follow up the day before the appointment to confirm everything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 20 years of legal experience. I have certificates in paralegal studies, notary, inspections, RON (remote online notary) and digital court reporting.
