The handyman was courteous and professional, but the charge was surprisingly high. He trouble shoot first (I already knew exactly where the problem was) and then glued together the loosened pipe joints. Thus a 30 min of actual working time and the charge was $225.

David came out and took care of 2 of the three doors that needed repair. The last one will be more difficult as I need to find glass for the 1930’s door. The one I got was the wrong size. He was quick and reasonable on his pricing. I left before job was being done. I’ll add pictures and such after my daughter sends them.
