I used their service for moving, very nice young boys but shouldn't have been picked to move, they may be great for other things moving is not one of them.. they may have more experienced ppl but we did not get them . After the move I spoke with one of the family members of the business and explained they broke a couch, and as we talked she agreed they weren't trained enough and asked what could be done to remedy, I had to think quick because I had to pay the invoice and didn't get a chance to check everything else out at the time, and I agreed not to leave a bad review but as I was going Thru all my furniture, I have to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I had messaged them after my findings and after I thought about what I wanted to do, yes 8 days later but it was bothering me how many items they ruined I reached out and explained 1 hour taken off was not sufficient enough after they ruined my brand new refrigerator, tore the floor in places, broke the couch, scratched dresser, broke dresser part, cracked table, she stated she needed to contact the "owner" and responded with nothing else would be done. If you use this service for moving please please do not agree on anything until you check all items before paying or agreement on compensation. I had 3 hours and we took off 1 hour and I regret agreeing with this after the items will cost more than my moving to fix and replace. So yes they may be good ppl but make sure if any issues arise they are insured and know what to do if something like this happens because I've never dealt with anything like this so I didn't realize what to do and not to until after it was too late I've attached some photos, there are more but I just wanted to show just a few. I thought about this for over a week, and wanted to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I would have hoped they could have done more for all the issues but it was my mistake I agreed on what I did.. but again too many issues were found after I spoke with them.. so as the other reviews are great for other things use them for those great things ... Just not moving unless they fixed their ways of compensation and retrain their workers to use straps, blankets , etc.

Thank you so much! The guys were awesome and great to work with. We had a lot of furniture with multiple stops plus unloading into a 3 story house. They were very polite and did a great job.
