They stopped by my house once to look at the job, stated they were calling me back with a quote in a few days. They contacted me back the same night to let me know they'll stop by in a few days but never heard back from them. I've attempted to contact them several times and no response. Communication is the key, but they don't understand that I suppose. I own a property management company and this is how we find reliable contractors to recommend our clients. If I can trust you with my personal property, I can definitely recommend you to my clients. Well, I'll keep looking for a reliable, professional tile crew.
